INVITATION TO BID FOR:
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 2 UNITS GAS OPERATED GOLF CARTS FOR LGU, BIRI, NORTHERN SAMAR

1) The Local Government Unit of Biri, Northern Samar, through the 20% EDF for CY 2024 and 2025, intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION SEVENTY-NINE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY PESOS & 39/100 (Php 1,079,460.39) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Gas Operated golf Carts for LGU, Biri, Northern Samar for ITB No. 2025-08-35. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The LGU-Biri, now invites bids for the above project. using the. Delivery of the Goods is required for 20 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, at least 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
