PROJECT: SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 2 PCS HEAVY DUTY SCANNER
LOCATION: PCA CENTRAL OFFICE R&D BLDG., DILIMAN, QUEZON CITY
I. SCOPE OF WORK
Supply and delivery of 2pcs Heavy Duty Scanner with the following specifications:
- Speeds up to 80 ipm
- Colour LCD
- One-pass duplex scanning
- Ethernet
- Usb 2.0 bus-powered
- 1.44” LCD
- Daily duty cyle of 6,500 sheets per day
- Roller assembly kit - 200,000 scans
- Cleaning kit - 3,000 scans
- With ultrasonic sensor and length detection
The Approved Budget for the Contract is Eighty Four Thousand Pesos Only (₱84,000.00).
II. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The prospective bidder shall submit the following eligibility documents as prescribed below:
