SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 2,400 BAGS COMPLETE FERTILIZER UNDER PURCHASE REQUEST NO. 0028-25
1. The Provincial Government of Misamis Oriental, through the SB 6 Ordinance No. 1628-2024-Excise Tax-Coffee Production-Agricultural Supplies intends to apply the sum of Five Million Forty-Thousand Pesos (Php5,040,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of the following:
1. Complete Fertilizer (14-14-14) 2,400 bags
Type: Granular NPK 14-14-14
Packaging: 50kg sacks
Composition: 14% Nitrogen, 14% Phosphorus, 14% Potassium
Note:
Fertilizers must comply with relevant Philippine National Standards and be free from contaminants Must be delivered in durable, sealed and properly labeled bags to ensure quality and easy handling.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening
