1. The Ministry of the Interior and Local Government, Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (MILG-BARMM), through the General Appropriations Act for the Bangsamoro 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Million Three Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Five Hundred Fifty Pesos (PHP 100,325,550.00) to payment under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of 1st Quarter Welfare Goods for the Bangsamoro READi Regional Emergency Operations Center.

Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The MILG-BARMM now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of 1st Quarter Welfare Goods for the Bangsamoro READi Regional Emergency Operations Center. Delivery of the Goods shall be in accordance with Section VI (Schedule of Requirements).
