SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 1,989 REAMS OF A4 SIZE BOND PAPERS (SUBSTANCE 20) FOR THE PRINTING OF NUMERACY ASSESSMENT TOOLS

1. The Department of Education - Schools Division of Roxas City, through the FY 2025 GAA intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Forty-Five Pesos (P 407,745.00) only being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of 1,989 Reams of A4 Size Bond Papers (Substance 20) for the Printing of Numeracy Assessment Tools with Project Identification Number 2025-013. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Education - Schools Division of Roxas City now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within forty (40) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
