INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID

The Barangay of Alasasin, through the Barangay Fund Approved by the Sangguniang Barangay CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (P325,500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 186 SACKS, 25KG RICE, WELL-MILLED of Barangay Alasasin, Mariveles, Bataan.

The Barangay Alasasin now invites bids for the above-captioned package. Mobilization of the project is required within 10 days after the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed the project within 10 days after its first day of mobilization. Bidders should have completed the same contract within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in section II, Instruction to Bidders.
