Invitation to Bid for

SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 1,777 PIECES RFID MICROCHIP FOR ANIMALS TO THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF GUIUAN, EASTERN SAMAR

1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF GUIUAN through the CALAMITY FUND intends to apply the sum Seven Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Six Hundred Fifty Pesos Only(Php 799,650.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 1,177 PIECES OF RFID MICROCHIP FOR ANIMALS TO THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF GUIUAN, EASTERN SAMAR- 2025-06-05. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF GUIUAN now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 15 days. Bidders should have completed, within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
