1. The Local Government Unit of Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya - through the TRUST FUND intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED SIXTY NINE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (Php 369,600.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 15TH CYCLE SUPPLEMENTAL FEEDING OF 1,050 DAY CARE CHILDREN AND SNP OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYOMBONG, NUEVA VIZCAYA (SNACKS)
Payments under the contract for the Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Award shall be made based on the total bid for the item.
