INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 149,112 ROUNDS CTG. 7.62MM BALL SPECIAL, 175 GRAINS

1. The Philippine National Police, through the General Appropriations Act of 2022 intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Six Hundred Ninety-Two Thousand Two Hundred Eighty Pesos (PhP9,692,280.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of 149,112 Rounds Ctg. 7.62mm Ball Special, 175 Grains under Public Bidding No. LSS2025D-12. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Philippine National Police now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 240 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years on or before the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
