INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
“SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 13 UNITS BRAND NEW PICK UP 4x4 AT”
ITB No. G-2025-067
1. The Provincial Government of Bukidnon, through its General Fund, CY-2025 intends to apply the sum of Twenty Eight Million Six Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (₱ 28,600,000.00) being the approved budget for the contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for “SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 13 UNITS BRAND NEW PICK UP 4x4 AT”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Bukidnon now invites for the above procurement projects. Delivery of the goods is required by 30 Calendar Days upon the receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the projects. PMS should be with in Bukidnon and Cagayan De Oro City. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the bidding documents, particularly in section II (Instruction to Bidders).
