1) The Provincial Government of Biliran, through the Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Nineteen Million Five Hundred Sixty Seven Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php19,567,500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of 13,045 Bags Commercial Rice (@25 Kls. Per Bag). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
