1. The Local Government Unit of Padada, Davao del Sur, through the approved funds from SB OFFICE of LGU PADADA, intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 350,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF (12) TWELVE UNITS TABLET 5G with KEYBOARD and PEN - 1 LOT. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
