Technical Specifications

1. Must have Committed Information Rate (CIR) of 100Mbps each (for both upstream and downstream).
2. Internet connection subscription must be dedicated without contention rates.
3. Must be able to provide dedicated speedtest server.
4. Must be able to provide /28 Public IP address.
5. Must be able to attain latency of at least 10ms to 25ms to google DNS servers (8.8.8.8).
6. Must be able to deploy Cisco 4421 Integrated Services Router.
7. Directly connected to at least five (5) international submarine cable systems.
8. Peering arrangements with Asia-Pacific countries to help regionalize internet traffic.
9. Provide local interconnection and peering with other ISPs in the Philippines.
