INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 10,000 Pcs. Dictionary

1. The Provincial Government of Biliran through Trust Fund, intends to apply the sum of One Million Five
Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php1,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment
under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of 10,000 Pcs. Dictionary (Tagalog-English/English-Tagalog).
Bid received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
