The Casiguran Water District, in its Annual Budget has an approved budget of 2,500,000.00 for the procurement of Brass Water Meters, and it intends to utilize this amount for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 1000 PIECES BRASS WATER METER 15MM using a SINGLE YEAR FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT (outright determination of Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid under appendix 32 of the revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 9184).
