INVITATION TO BID FOR Supply and Delivery of 100 Heads Hybrid Swine Piglets for Repopulation Program of Swine Inspire Project
1. The Local Government of Malalag, through its Department of Agriculture-National Livestock Program CY 2023 intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 800,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of 100 Heads Hybrid Swine Piglets Repopulation Program of Swine Inspire Project . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government of Malalag now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Sixty (60) calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
