INVITATION TO BID

1. The Local Government Unit of Magpet through the LDRRM Fund intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Eight Hundred Fifty Nine thousand Pesos ( 8,859,000.00) Being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of to payments under the contract for for the Supply and Delivery of 10 Units brand New Rescue vehicle.( Utility Van and Airconditioning system on (front and Rear), 4 cylinder 2,499 cc direct injection common rail blue power deisel Euro 4 engine , five speed manual transmission, gross weigh 2,950kgs, gross payload 1,665 kgs., tire 195R 14 C 8PR 6 stubs and standard accessories per factory specification comprehensive Insurance , LTO Registration( years, Rugstproof(underbody),Early warning device, Tint Full Front, matting carpet Cab only, seat cover front only and body markers) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
