1.The Provincial Government of Misamis Oriental, through the MOPH-Alubijid-Drugs & Medicines intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION NINE HUNDRED TWENTY-THREE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SEVEN PESOS AND FIFTY CENTAVOS (Php1,923,307.50) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of the following:

1. amiodarone 50mg/ml (as hydrochloride) 3ml 10 amps
2. aminophylline 25mg/ml, 10ml 10 amps
3. ampicillin + sulbactam 1g/500mg 10 vials
4. ampicillin + sulbactam 500mg/250mg 10 vials
5. atropine sulfate 1mg/ml amp 10 amps
6. ATS 1500IU 20 amps
7. budesonide 250mcg/ml, 2ml 1000 nebs
8. calcium gluconate 10%, 10ml 10 amps
9. ceftriaxone 1gm (as sodium salt) 1500 vials
10. cefuroxime 750mg 1500 vials
11. ciprofloxacin 2mg/ml, 100ml (as lactate) 10 vials
12. clindamycin 150mg/ml (as phosphate) 2ml 100 amps
13. dexamethazone 4mg/ml (as sodium phosphate) 2ml 100 amps
