1. The Provincial Government of Biliran through General Fund, intends to apply the sum of One Million
Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php1,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to
payment under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of 1 Unit Multi-Purpose Vehicle DSL M/T LWB.
Bid received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
