1. The Local Government Unit of Naguilian, Isabela, through the Capital Outlay of the Office of the Municipal Mayor FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Sixty Five Thousand Five Hundred Forty Pesos (Php65,540.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of One (1) Unit Card Reader for Landbank of the Philippines Automated Teller Machine (ATM) installed at Barangay Quezon, Naguilian, Isabela with Project Identification No. 2024-11-1409. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
