Description : 1 unit CACAO TEMPERING MACHINE
I. Design and Performance
Type: Batch Type, Single Disc
Prime Mover: maximum 3hp, 220V, 60 Hz single-phase electric motor
Tempering Capacity: 7kg/hr.minimum
Tempering Chamber Material: Stainless Steel
With On/Off switches (for electric motor and for heating
mechanism), transmission and circuit cover.
II. Safety, Workmanship and Finish
1. Noise Level, dB (A), maximum 92dB, if exceeded earmuffs must be provided for each unit.
2. Anu uncoated metallic surfaces shall be free from rust
and shall be painted properly.
3. Provision for safety of the operator from all moving components of the machine such as belt guard or cover
shall be included.
III. Maintenance
Provided with set of manufacturer-s standard tools and accessories.
IV. Other Requirements
Operators manual based on PAES 102:2000, maintenance
schedule and list of warrantable parts of cacao tempering
machine shall be provided.
