The Provincial Government of Biliran through General Fund, intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php550,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the project Supply and Delivery of 1 Unit Autoclave Machine Horizontal Cylindrical Pressure Steam Sterilizer, 280L Capacity. Bid received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
