1. The Provincial Government of Biliran through General Fund, intends to apply the sum of Eleven
Million Twenty Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php11,020,750.00) being the Approved Budget for
the Contract (ABC) to payment under the under the contract for the Supply ad Delivery of 1 Lot Various
Medicines. Bid received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
