1. The Provincial Government of Biliran through General Fund, intends to apply the sum of Ten Million
Nine Hundred Seventy Seven Thousand Four Hundred Sixteen Pesos (Php10,977,416.00) being the
Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the project Supply and
Delivery of 1 Lot Various Medicines. Bid received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at
bid opening.
