1. The Provincial Government of Biliran through General Fund, intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php900,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the project Supply and Delivery of 1 Lot Various Medical Supplies. Bid received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
