INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
"SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 1 LOT OIL, LUBES, ACCESSORIES, GREASING AND SERVICING”
ITB No. G-2025-068
intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (₱ 1,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract to payments under the contract for "SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 1 LOT OIL, LUBES, ACCESSORIES, GREASING AND SERVICING". Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected on bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Bukidnon now invites for the above procurement projects. Delivery of the goods is required by Fifteen (15) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Staggered delivery; progress billing. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project(s). The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the bidding documents, particularly in section II (Instruction to Bidders).
