INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
“SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 1 LOT JANITORIAL SUPPLIES FOR BPMC”
ITB No. G-2025-089
1. The Provincial Government of Bukidnon, through General Fund CY-2025 intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Seventy-Eight Thousand Six Hundred Fifty-Four Pesos Only (₱ 678,654.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract, to payment under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 1 LOT JANITORIAL SUPPLIES FOR BPMC. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected on bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Bukidnon now invites for the above procurement projects. Delivery of the goods is required Fifteen (15) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project(s). The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the bidding documents, particularly in section II (Instruction to Bidders).
