1. The Provincial Government of Biliran, using a Single Year Framework Agreement (Outright Determination of Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid) through the General Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Thirty Million Two Thousand Pesos (P30,002,000.00), corresponding to the total cost of each item to be bid out. Bids received in excess of the total cost per item shall be automatically rejected.
