SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 1,328 SACKS RICE UNDER PURCHASE REQUEST NO. 0691-25
1. The Provincial Government of Misamis Oriental, through the PSWD-SPF-Family Welfare Provision of Food Assistance intends to apply the sum of Four Million Two Hundred Forty-Nine Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (Php4,249,600.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of the following:
1. Rice 50 kilos (premium) 1,328 sacks
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Misamis Oriental now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
