  SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 1,231 BOTS FUNGICIDE AND (1) OTHER ITEM UNDER PURCHASE REQUEST NO. 0025-25
  
  1. The Provincial Government of Misamis Oriental, through the SB 6 Ordinance No. 1628-2024-Excise Tax-Tobacco Production-Agricultural Supplies intends to apply the sum of Four Million Three Hundred Eight Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php4,308,500.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of the following:
  
  1. Fungicide 1L, broad spectrum 1,231 Bots.
  2. Insecticide 500ml, systemic 1,231 Bots.
  
  Note:
  Pesticides must comply with relevant Philippine National Standards. Must be delivered in durable, sealed and properly labeled bottles to ensure quality and easy handling.
  
  Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening
  
  2. The Provincial Government of Misamis Oriental now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 Calendar Days.
