Description : Subject to the following Inclusions:

-10 man-hours per day (Monday to Friday)
-Contract rate should include: daily wage, overtime pay and other pays, uniform allowance, SSS, PHIC, HDMF
Benefits, Agency Fee

-Bidders should have a valid PHILGEPS Certificate of Registration
-Company/Firm should be registered with DTI, SEC or CDA with Mayor's Permit and BIR Registration
- In cases of recently expired Mayor's/Business Permits, it shall be accepted together with the official receipt as
proof that the bidder has applied for the renewal within the period prescribed by the concerned local
government unit, provided that the renewed permit shall be submitted as a post-qualification requirement.

-The Security Guard will be stationed at: DTI Bohol Provincial Office
2/F FCB Building, CPG Avenue, Tagbilaran City, Bohol
-Delivery Period
CY 2026 from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 except for Saturday, Sunday and announce or
anticipated holidays for CY 2026
