  5. Latest Tax Certificate (Executive Order No. 398);
  6. PhilGEPS Certificate of Registration;
  7. Audited Financial Statements, stamped “received” by the BIR or its duly accredited and authorized institutions, for the immediately preceding calendar year, showing the bidder-s total and current assets and liabilities.
