The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources-12 (BFAR-12) of the Department of Agriculture, through the General Appropriations Act for 2025 intends to apply the sum indicated in the table below, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Two Million Two Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Three Pesos and Sixty (Php2,299,953.60) Centavos to payments under the contract for Bid Reference No.: 2025- 006 entitled “SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF COMMERCIAL FEEDS FOR TECHNO-DEMO & GROW-OUT CULTURE DISTRIBUTION”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
