The Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office - DENR, PENRO, Bataan, through the General Appropriations Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum of FORTY FOUR THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED PESOS (PhP 44,800.00) for the PROCUREMENT OF VACCINES AND VITAMINS OF DENR CENRO DINALUPIHAN to be delivered at DENR, PENRO, Orani, Bataan for which this Request for Quotation is issued.

2. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources hereinafter referred to as “the Purchaser” now request you to submit price quotation/proposal for the supply and delivery of the following:
