2. All bids in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected
3. Delivery period within fifteen (15) calendar days from receipt of Purchase Order.
4. Warranty shall be for the period of six (6) months for supplies and materials, three (3) years for equipment, from date of acceptance
by the National Irrigation Administration.
5. Price validity shall be for a period of thirty (30) calendar days.
6. The bidders shall submit their duly accomplished REQUEST FOR QUOTATION form including all the herein enumerated documentary
requirements in two (2) copies place in one (1) sealed envelope, to wit;
