INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID

The Isabela State University, through its Bids and Awards Committee is inviting all qualified bidders to apply for eligibility and to bid for the Supply of 13 pax Utility Services for ISU Cabagan Campus.

All particulars relative to the Eligibility Statement and Screening Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bid Conference, Evaluation of Post-Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the Provisions of RA 9184 and Its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR). Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last two (2) years, within amount of at least (50%) of the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC). The eligibility check/screening and preliminary examination of bids shall use a non-discretionary pass/fail” criteria. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.

The BAC will issue Bidding Documents only to eligible bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of P5,000.00.
