  Barangay Bulatok, Pagadian City
  
  1. The Barangay Bulatok, through the Barangay Economic Development Fund (20% EDF 2024), funds for the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for SUPPLY OF 12 UNITS FABRICATED PORTABLE STAGE WITH 2 UNITS FABRICATED STAIR. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.
  
  2. The Barangay Bulatok now invites Bids for “SUPPLY OF 12 UNITS FABRICATED PORTABLE STAGE WITH 2 UNITS FABRICATED STAIR” at Barangay Bulatok, Pagadian City. Completion of the works is required Forty (40) Calendar Days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have Completed within Five (5) Years from the date of Submission and receipt of Bids, a Contract similar to the Subproject. The Description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in section II.
