(Negotiated Procurement Due to Two-Failed Biddings)

SUPPLY OF 1 UNIT VEHICLE (MOTORCYCLE) SB Office
1. The Municipality of Balamban, through SB Office - Motor Vehicle Outlay, intends to apply the sum of EIGHTY NINE THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (₱ 89,000.00) being the total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract stated. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Balamban, now invites technically, legally and financially capable suppliers for the SUPPLY OF 1 UNIT VEHICLE (MOTORCYCLE) Office of the SB. Delivery of Goods is required 30 days after the issuance of the Notice of Award.
