Invitation to Bid for Supplies & Materials intended for Pregnant Women who delivered at Health Facility

1. The Municipal Government of Busuanga, through GAD Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Forty-nine Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php 249,950.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supplies & Materials intended for Pregnant Women who delivered at Health Facility . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of Busuanga now invites bids for Supplies & Materials intended for Pregnant Women who delivered at Health Facility . Delivery of the Goods is required Five (5) days. Bidders should have completed, within One (1) year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
