Description : The Municipal Government of San Narciso, Quezon through its Bids and Award Committee (BAC), invites registered suppliers with DTI, Mayor-s Permit and PhilGEPS, if found eligible, to bid or the hereunder contract:

Name of Contract: SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS FOR THE CELEBRATION OF ARAW NG SAN NARCISO 2025
Location: LGU-San Narciso, Quezon
Approved Budget For the Contract (ABC): P 185,000.00
Contract Duration: 15 days

Interested supplier should possess a valid DTI License, Mayor-s Permit, PhilGEPS Registered and updated Tax clearance , have completed a similar contract with a value of at least 50% of the ABC. The BAC will use non-discretionary pass/fail criteria in the Eligibility check/screening as well as the examination of quotation for the lowest price.

Quotation must be delivered to the address below on or before January 13, 2025 @ 12:00 pm. Quotation opening shall be on January 13, 2025 @ 2:00 pm at the Mayor-s Office Conference Hall, San Narciso, Quezon.
