Description : This SBB No. 1 dated 30 January 2025 for the Procurement of Financial Service Provider to Service the Distribution of Cash Assistance to DSWD-s Beneficiaries of AICS Program and AKAP in Region V with Project Identification No. ITB-LBP-RBACV-0125-001 is issued pursuant to Section 22.5 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184, to clarify, modify or amend items in the Bidding Documents. Accordingly, this shall form an integral part of the Bidding Documents.

The Financial Service Provider may submit photocopies or certified true copies of the required legal documents, subject to the presentation of the original documents for verification in case of any ambiguity or uncertainty regarding their authenticity or clarity.
