INVITATION TO SUBMIT QUOTATION

1. The Local Government Unit of Macrohon through Annual Performance Budget 2024, due to 2nd Failure of Bidding now invites bidders to submit sealed Quotation to enter into contract on award for the Supply and Delivery of Fuel of the Municipality of Macrohon, Southern Leyte with an Approved Budget for the Contract of One Million Pesos (Php 1,000,000.00) which has a project duration of Fifteen (15) calendar days.

2. Quotation will be submitted to the Municipal BAC Office of Macrohon, Southern Leyte on or before January 30, 2025 (Thursday), until 9:00 AM nad must be accompanied by a Bid Security either of the following forms: cash, certified check, cashier's check, bank draft, irrevocable letter of credit or bank guarantee, or Bid Security Declaration as prescribed under Sec. 27.2.27.5 respectively pf RA 9184.
