1. The Local Government Unit of Anao, through its authorized appropriation under the CY 2025 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy-Six Pesos and 88/100 (PHP 1,499,776.88) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Project Super Health Center Site Development (Driveway and Fences) located at Barangay Poblacion, Anao, Tarlac. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Anao now invites bids for the Project Super Health Center Site Development (Driveway and Fences) located at Barangay Poblacion, Anao, Tarlac. Completion of the Works is required Sixty (60) days from the commencement of work. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
