The National Irrigation Administration - Ilocos Norte Irrigation Management Office, through the CY 2025 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Eight Million Four Hundred Seventy-Two Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety-Three PESOS & 35/100 (Php 28,472,793.35) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Sulvec SRIP; Proposed Rehabilitation of Diversion Dam, Canal Structure, Canalization and Slope Protection; Quick Response Fund; CY 2025 under Contract No. INIMO-2025-03-003. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
