“Subsidy to Other LGUs - Construction of Evacuation Center at Brgy. Ninikat Pag-asa, Lubang”

1. The Provincial Government of Occidental Mindoro (PGOM), through the FY 2025 20% Development Fund, intends to apply the sum of Four Million Four Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty-Seven Pesos and 88/100 (P4,499,957.88) being the Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Subsidy to Other LGUs - Construction of Evacuation Center at Brgy. Ninikat Pag-asa, Lubang” (Ref. No. 286-2025). The period for the performance of the obligations under the Contract shall not go beyond the validity of the corresponding appropriations for the Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
