The Presidential Management Staff (PMS), through Administrative Service - Procurement Management Division (AS-PMD), intends to procure subscription to warranty and maintenance services for the Systems and Database Application Servers of the OP-PMS Sub-central Units in South Luzon and Western Visayas (see attached TOR) with an Approved Budget for the Contract amounting to One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP1,500,000.00) through Section 34 (Small Value Procurement) of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act (R.A.) No. 12009.

Please submit your duly signed quotation form including the Terms and Conditions (Annex A) together with the following documents not later than 12 January 2026 at 2:00 PM:
