Description : The Presidential Management Staff (PMS), through Administrative Service - Procurement Management Division (AS-PMD), intends to procure Subscription to Warranty and Maintenance Services for the Existing Domain Controller (DC) Servers in Central Office (CO) and Sub-Central Units (SCUs) (see attached TOR) with an Approved Budget for the Contract amounting to Two Million Pesos (PhP2,000,000.00) through Section 34 (Small Value Procurement) of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act (R.A.) No. 12009.
Please submit your duly signed quotation form including the Terms and Conditions (Annex A) together with the following documents not later than 14 July 2025 at 2:00 PM:
