EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY

1) The Presidential Management Staff (PMS), through the National Expenditure Program for Fiscal Year 2026, intends to apply the sum of Three Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP3,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Subscription to Warranty and Maintenance Services for the Existing Bandwidth Management Appliance. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The PMS now invites bids for the above procurement project using the Early Procurement Activity strategy. Delivery of the Goods is required as specified in Section VI. Schedule of Requirement of the Bidding Documents. Bidders should have completed at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids contracts similar to the Project.
