1. The Presidential Management Staff (PMS) is undertaking the procurement for the Subscription to Warranty and Maintenance Services for the Existing Anti-Distributed Denial of Service Protection Appliance (Anti-DDoS) with Compatible Web Application Firewall (WAF) Appliance and intends to apply the sum of Twelve Million One Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos (PhP12,180,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the two (2) years multi-year contract, to payments under Purchase Request No. 2025-02-0072. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
