The Service Provider who will engage/participate in the procurement process for the subscription of software development tools for the Department will be responsible for the following:

1. Grant administrative-level access for designated internal IT staff to manage user permissions and configurations
2. Assign a dedicated technical account manager to oversea support and manage escalations throughout the one-year contract term
3. Provide technical support during the implementation phase to address any compatibility issues
4. Offer continuous technical support and maintenance services for the one-year contract
